Our approach

At Developing Minds, we aim to help youth cope with life stressors and make meaningful changes towards a valued life. Our team provides therapy and assessment services for children, adolescents, and young adults. We strive to use evidence-based approaches to provide youth with a strategies and skills to help meet their goals. We work collaboratively with clients and their families to individualize the treatment approach to best fit with each client’s unique needs and goals. Our team’s vision is to help clients work towards a valued life. We also value regular collaboration and consultation with other professionals, continued education and training, and providing clinical training and supervision to graduate students and early professionals.
