Dr. Ena Vukatana, Ph.D.
Registered Psychologist
Dr. Ena works with children and adolescents, and their families in providing assessment and treatment services. She has expertise in helping youth address a variety of mental health and health-related difficulties. Dr. Ena strives to help youth and their families to make meaningful changes in their lives. She values a collaborative approach and always aims to foster a positive environment where clients feel supported in taking steps toward their goals. Dr. Ena is keen to help youth build on their strengths, and recognizes the resiliency that they bring to treatment.

Dr. Julie Wershler, Ph.D.
Registered Psychologist
Dr. Julie works with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families for treatment services. She has expertise in assisting youth in addressing various mental health difficulties and has a particular interest in helping clients learn how to manage challenging emotions. Dr. Julie also specializes in providing learning and mental health assessments for children and adolescents. Dr. Julie provides an integrative and individualized approach to assessment and treatment. Dr. Julie strives to provide a validating environment where clients feel understood and places a high value on the development of a strong therapeutic relationship.

Susan Cameron, MSW
Clinical Social Worker
Susan provides a strength-based and collaborative approach to the treatment of individual youth and to families using various evidence-based methods which are individualized, as well as respectful of, the client/family and the therapeutic relationship. Susan supports the values of the individuals and families and the expertise they bring while working together toward their desired goals. Susan has a specific interest and expertise in offering family therapy and broader supports related to family functioning (e.g., conflict resolution, adjusting to family transitions, co-parenting, and blended family role).

Dr. Elizabeth McLaughlin, Ph.D.
Registered Psychologist
Dr. Elizabeth McLaughlin joined Developing Minds Psychology Centre to support children, youth, and their caregivers with issues such as anxiety, adjustment to life stressors, and making valuable behavioural changes. She also has expertise working with youth living with chronic medical conditions and youth with medical anxiety. Elizabeth creates a welcoming and accepting environment with her sincere, warm, and collaborative approach. She is trained in evidence-based treatments, drawing primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).

Dr. Liz MacKay, Ph.D.
Psychologist (Candidate Register)
Dr. Liz works with children, adolescents, and their families in providing assessment and treatment services. She has expertise in helping youth address a variety of mental health and health-related difficulties and has a particular interest in working with children and youth with big emotions and associated behaviours. Dr. Liz strives to use an integrative and client-centered approach in her work. She values collaboration with youth and their families and meeting clients where they are now. She helps clients build on their strengths to support them in meeting their goals.

Dr. Kaytlin Constantin, Ph.D.
Registered Psychologist
Kaytlin works with children, adolescents, and caregivers for treatment services. Kaytlin collaborates with clients to reach their goals by using a client-centered, formulation-driven, and evidence-based treatment approach. Kaytlin is passionate about supporting clients with mental health (e.g., anxiety, OCD) and health-related (e.g., needle fears, health anxiety, chronic pain) challenges. Kaytlin prioritizes building a strong therapeutic relationship and providing a validating and safe environment. She considers client and family strengths, needs, and goals to tailor best practices to support personal growth.

Dr. Agnes Flanagan, Ph.D.
Psychologist (Candidate Register)
Dr. Agnes provides treatment services for children and youth, and their families. She provides evidence-based treatments for children and youth with anxiety disorders, depression, and attention challenges. She also has an interest and specific expertise in working with youth with obsessive-compulsive disorder and tics. Dr. Agnes works with clients with a myriad of other challenges including social skills, relationships, grief, self-esteem, and parent accommodation. Dr. Agnes’ overarching goal is to work collaboratively with her clients to help them reach their goals.

Dr. Chelsea da Estrela, Ph.D.
Registerered Psychologist
Dr. Chelsea works with youth from school-aged to emerging adulthood in providing treatment services. She is passionate about supporting young people in learning to navigate big feelings, life stressors, relationships, and coping with change. Dr. Chelsea also has experience working with caregivers in findings strategies to support their loved ones struggling with mental health challenges. Dr. Chelsea takes a skills- and values-based approach in helping clients achieve their goals. She aims to create a collaborative therapeutic environment and meet clients where they are at in their journeys.

Dr. Trisha-Lee Halamay, Ph.D.
Registered Psychologist
Dr. Trisha-Lee works with children, adolescents, and their caregivers, in providing assessment and treatment services. She has experience in helping youth adjust to life stressors as well as helping them manage mental health and health-related challenges. Using an integration of evidence-based approaches, Dr. Trisha-Lee supports youth in a manner that recognizes their existing strengths and values as key tools in their ability to face challenges and make desired behavioural change. Dr. Trisha-Lee is thoughtful and creative in adapting interventions to one’s needs and to their degree of readiness to make personally meaningful change. She is mindful that true collaboration and strong relationships are key factors to reinforcing someone's help-seeking behaviour and their willingness to take steps towards their goals.
