Kaytlin works with children, adolescents, and caregivers for treatment services. Kaytlin collaborates with clients to reach their goals by using a client-centered, formulation-driven, and evidence-based treatment approach. Kaytlin is passionate about supporting clients with mental health (e.g., anxiety, OCD) and health-related (e.g., needle fears, health anxiety, chronic pain) challenges. Kaytlin takes an integrated treatment approach, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion Focused Family Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. 

Kaytlin received her Master’s and PhD degrees in Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology at the University of Guelph in Ontario. Kaytlin has completed practica, residency, and employment in various settings, including school board, community mental health, private practices, and children’s hospitals. She completed her predoctoral residency at the IWK Health Centre.

Kaytlin prioritizes building a strong therapeutic relationship and providing a validating and safe environment. She considers client and family strengths, needs, and goals to tailor best practices to support personal growth.
